I was in the area and stopped in! Ari helped me and was super knowledgeable. She has a great variety of everything! The prices are all very reasonable and they’re open late. I wish it was closer to my place but i’ll deff be back next time i’m in the area

Huge shoutout to Ari at Smoke Haven! She’s the new owner and absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and the business. And I have to update this — Allen was amazing too! He helped me pick out my first bong, walked me through how it works, and even added filters to make it smoother and easier to use. Super patient and helpful. If you haven’t stopped by Smoke Haven yet, you definitely should. Great service, great vibe, and great leadership under Ari. Highly recommend!

this was actually my first time ever going here, and i'm so glad i stopped in. :) the whole vibe was welcoming right away--super clean, well put together, and not overwhelming like some smoke shops can be. what really stood out was the staff. they were very chill, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help instead of just trying to rush me or sell me anything random. i was looking for a really specific, niche Blazy Susan item (filter tip booklet) that i literally couldn't find anywhere else, and somehow... they had it. that alone sold me their selection is honestly top tier--everything looks intentionally selected and good quality, not just thrown together. you can tell they actually care about what they carry and the experience they give customers. just ask for something they don't have, and they'll get it! they also got a 4/20 $5 raffle going on for an electric bubbler rig, which is such a cool bonus to conclude, amazing first impression and they earned a regular customer out of me. tysm :)

Went to shop. Was trying to find out information but all I could hear was noise from back. I said HI very loud. Then a female with her hair in braids came out and seemed like she was really not all there comprehending. She was very spaced out and staring off into space. The place had a weird chemical smell and I just didn't feel welcome or have a good vibe. Prices were really high as well. I dont recommend there i wont be going back and I live a few miles away.
