Nice pipes and bongs. Paid $40.00 for a torch/ashtray combo and the ashtray I had to throw away due to the plastic melting through and almost starting a fire in my house. Not too happy about the high price for a fire hazard.

I absolutely adore visiting this smoke shop, even though it’s a bit of a detour from my home. The reason behind my love for this place is simply one person: Stacie! Every time I step into the shop, I’m greeted by a refreshing, bubbly, and professional Stacie. Her work ethic is impeccable, and her genuine desire to make her customers happy is evident in everything she does. Stacie is the kind of person that every business should aspire to have on their team. I truly appreciate her efforts and the consistent quality of the products she provides. I’ll definitely continue to visit this smoke shop and get my tobacco and other essentials from Stacie.

The lady working, Stacey, was incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything she could to accomodate my emergency 4:30am nicotine needs. I would highly recommend this shop if you are into disposables or dtm vaping/salt nicotine devices. Thanks!

Pretty bare bones. I expected more. No bells. No wistles. Down to the basics with a slightly high price. Burners, bongs, and .... Bums? Ok it is centrally located, just saying.

I first visited Zona Smoke Shop about one year ago. The lady working was very welcoming and warm. I believe her name is Stacey. I’ve since been coming back at least once a month. Of all the other smoke shops I’ve been to this one is by far my favorite. The customer service is wonderful and I was very happily surprised they’re open 24/7. I work graveyard shifts close by and it’s so nice to be able to show up at the shop anytime in the middle of the night. The door is always wide open and I’m always greeted by big smiles and great energy. I’m definitely gonna be a regular customer and coming back here for years to come ❤️
