I always shop at Stogie’s Smoke Shop since I live at CityScape Residences, but this experience was very disappointing. I called at 10:51 PM to ask if they were still open, and the employee told me he was counting down the drawer. I let him know I would be there in about three minutes. I drove over right away and arrived at 10:55 PM, but the roll-down gate was already closed. If the posted hours say open until 11 PM, then the store should truly remain open until 11 PM.. especially when an employee knows a customer is on the way. Very unprofessional.

Stogie smoke & vape is great. Rodger gives great Customer service. All of the employees are friendly. Great selection, convenient store vibes. located by the ballpark & the footprint center. You can purchase water here cheaper and bring it inside chase ball park

Joe was so friendly and helpful, so grateful I found this place. If you guys could carry single serving sparkling wine and Cheyenne cigarillos in vanilla, you'll see me often, as I work nearby. Thanks for an awesome experience, seriously Joe was so enthusiastically friendly, I couldn't wait to write this review.

Absolutely had a fantastic visit here, Vahan help me out and was very very nice. I always bring my friends and family here. They have really good pricing. Plenty of selection in items to choose from. The hospitality here is absolutely phenomenal, always makes me feel like I’m family here.

Apparently the prices listed on their price tags next to their products cost double. Like you need to cross your eyes to see the price twice and then THAT is the cost. According to the "guy" who couldn't be bothered to answer some basic customer service questions nor to sell products in any honest or adult like fashion. He just threw us attitude, mumbling, doubled up price quotes, and other pathetic behavior while apparently getting paid to work in a downtown Phoenix smoke shop. Clownshow.
