I've just now started going here. So far, the last two staff I walked in and met (which were two separate very nice older gentlemen) made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I am highly nearsighted and usually struggle seeing products behind smoke shop counters. And most shop owners seem to get impatient and annoyed with me when I ask them to read products off for me. But these people let me stand a few inches behind the counter and communicated clearly and very well with me. And were very understanding of the fact that I couldn't see for nothing. They were always so patient and flexible. I definitely always go back.

I go to E & E almost every week for cigars, and it’s easily my go-to spot, the service here is unmatched. Joe, Gary, and Trevor are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to answer questions, give honest recommendations, and never make you feel rushed or pressured. The humidor is always in great shape and consistently stocked with a solid selection, whether I’m picking up my usual cigars or looking to try something new. You can tell they really care about quality and about their customers having a good experience every time they walk in. While I mainly go for cigars, they’re an overall smoke shop and carry a wide variety of products. No matter what you’re coming in for, you’re treated with respect and great service. It’s rare to find a place that’s this consistent and genuinely cares about its customers. I recommend E & E to anyone looking for a reliable shop with great people behind the counter.

This shop has become my go to whenever I need a quick restock on butane, spare lighter, etc. I don't usually smoke infused, so they're a great place to pickup an Acid or cigarillos for guests. Trevor and Gary are always very kind and helpful. The shop is always clean and tidy, and the humidor selection isn't full of cheap fodder. Whoever stocks it knows the good stuff.

These guys are great. They help me pick out a gift or two for my father-in-law's birthday and the prices were pretty good. They have a nice selection of cigars and Vapes. Even though I don't vape, they have some other stuff too 420 related
