I purchased multiple packs of cigars via their online site and received a call from the store that my order had an issues. Naturally, I was concerned but he immediately stated that one of the orders wasn't up to their standards and asked if he could upgrade me at no charge. When the order arrived not only did I have upgraded cigars, they added a few as a thank you. This was a great experience and I have found my online cigar store!

I live in tucson placed an order with cigar king in Phoenix at 6:00 AM on Thursday. Standard free shipping with usps it was on my doorstep at 10:00 AM on Friday that is incredible. This is the 3rd time I have purchased from them no problems great place to buy cigars.

Ordered a couple of boxes from CK and talked to Kole. It’s nice to talk to a business and receive the nicest and professional customer service. He answered all my questions, made suggestions, and followed through immediately with everything he said he would do. My cigars shipped immediately, were well packed, received perfectly. The BALD GUY at the front desk comes across as very demanding and impaitent with customers, he needs a lesson in customer service. He must remember, his paycheck is in my pocket. No man is an (ISLAND).!!!!!!!!!!

Kole and his team are a throw back to hospitality, knowledge and service. It’s my go-to cigar lounge and shop in The Valley. From the first time I met the guys at Cigar King they knew my name and greeted me with it every time I returned (hopefully not due to me being a weirdo lol). They genuinely know cigars and match the customer with their flavor profile rather than “upsell” their desired promotions. They have a huge humidor and super welcoming lounge. They have offered me complimentary lighters and cutters on several occasions (nice touch).
