Cody and all staff are always incredibly friendly and the vibe on there is always welcoming!!!! No matter what you’re going in there to buy whether it’s a drink or one of the many many many novelties they have it is an excellent place with the most friendly service in the neighborhood. I can guarantee you that I’ve been to many shops like this and this one far exceeds every other one out there, I highly encourage you to stop by and see Cody and the gang!!!!! It’s hidden and often looks sark but I assure you they are always open with incredible hours!!!!

I've been to a lot of vape shops around Scottsdale and the Valley, and ProSource Vapes is hands down the best I've found. They have the largest selection and highest quality kratom and vape products I've come across, and their prices are extremely competitive. No matter what I'm looking for, they always seem to have it in stock. What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. Every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They don't just treat you like another customer - they take the time to get to know you as a person and make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. The managers, Cody and Ilyas, consistently go above and beyond. Whether it's answering questions, making recommendations, or simply taking the time to make sure customers have a great experience, they always go the extra mile. The store itself is always spotless, well-organized, and has a clean, modern aesthetic that makes it a pleasant place to shop. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you live anywhere in the Valley and are looking for a vape or kratom shop you can trust, do yourself a favor and check out ProSource Vapes. Highly recommended!

I've been going to ProSource Vapes for years, and I can't recommend them enough. Their customer service is always outstanding, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable about all of their products. They take the time to answer questions and help you find exactly what you're looking for. On top of that, their prices are hard to beat. Great selection, great service, and great value every time I visit

Pro Source of Scottsdale has had a profoundly positive influence on my life. Beyond offering a premier selection of products, it's the people behind the counter who truly set this place apart. When I fell on hard times, Pro Source became somewhere I could always turn to. Over the past few years, under the leadership of Tim and Cody, this store became something of a safe haven for me. The staff greet every customer with genuine warmth and will happily take the time to talk with you — about anything. There's no rush, no indifference. Just people who actually care. When my own family wasn't there for me, Pro Source was. Even during the brutal Scottsdale summers, when I had nowhere else to go and would linger in the store for hours just to escape the heat, no one ever made me feel like a burden. Every single time I walk through that door, I feel welcomed, valued, and like I belong somewhere. The generosity here goes beyond good customer service. I've received discounts and deals I've never seen matched anywhere else, along with free samples, branded merchandise from their suppliers, and even cold drinks on sweltering days — all offered freely and without hesitation. Whenever I find myself shopping at another vape store, I always wish I were at Pro Source instead. It's not just a shop. For me, it became a community. I don't say this lightly — Pro Source of Scottsdale has genuinely changed my life. In some of my darkest moments, when I felt alone and without support, this store and the people in it showed me more kindness than I could have ever expected from a place of business. Tim, Cody, and the entire staff gave me something that money can't buy: a place where I felt like I mattered. For that, I am deeply and sincerely grateful. What they have built here is something truly special, and I will never stop appreciating everything they have done for me.

Let me just start off by saying that the employee that decided to help me was BEYOND knowledgeable, and helpful with making sure that i made the right decision for myself and even helped me by making my extremely sought out for cookies and cream/watermelon mixture juice! MIA i will never forget you. if there is someone who may be her higher up and is reading this, it would mean so much to me if you would atleast cut the young girl a raise she truly does deserve it. all jokes aside 10/10 experience💯
