Went in to get a vape got one with the wrong Nicotine level went back in 5 min later to just swap it out (it was completely unopened) they had the one I wanted same brand same price and they refused to do the exchange. In 2026 what kind of policy is that? I get if it was opened or something like that but 5 min? Unopened it’s literally a matter of switching the two or a throw away 25 bucks…. I won’t be shopping here again.

Awesome staff and selection! I just went to I Smoke on Shea to see if they had my favorite vape North Vanilla Tobbaco. The store was immaculate and Rami helped me find what I needed. I’ll definitely be back!
