No matter what it is, you may be looking for at a smoke shop this place not only has it they have the best quality, the best prices, and the owner will work with you on anything and everything. He takes care of his customers and goes above and beyond what anyone would consider great customer service. I highly recommend and it is well worth the 30 minute drive from my house and the 20 smoke shops I bypass it to get there.

Good prices, friendly staff, and a better selection of pipe and rolling tobacco than any smoke shop in Scottsdale. I don't know why four smoke shops near me think that carrying only The Good Stuff brand (which isn't - at all) is sufficient, but Smoke Sutra has a myriad of options. Seeing that it was the 3rd place I went to, the first one closed 20 minutes prior to their posted hours, the second one straight up didn't have a very basic item, if you dab that is, Smoke Sutra is my new smoke shop. The store is huge, they have everything you need and everything you want for much less than their competitors. They are open to 10 Pm even Sunday night.

The shop is nice a lot of selections I go in there every now and then being i work in the area but I gave it a 1 star because it's this particular young lady that works there makes me feel unwanted she's rude in my opinion I am a very uplifting person I speak but she gives off negative energy every time I go there at first I thought she was just having a bad day but it's every time it really makes me feels like she doesn't like my kind and the reason being i walked in there before and saw she was just chatting away with a person that doesn't look like my kind so I thought oh cool she's in a good mood today so I get up to the counter and her whole energy changed she gave me the same attitude like she did before that's not good for business if you don't care for certain people than you should find a job that doesn't require you to be around people that don't look like me i won't be going there anymore

Selection seemed OK for the little time I was able to look. I showed up before 5 PM on a Sunday well before closing. I’ve been having lighter issues that I refill and I pay a lot of money for lighters and they just die out on me. So I’m testing lighters and I’m testing another lighter. She asked me is that everything and I’m like no, I’m still looking, so I looking at other merchandise and she continued to ask me if that’s all. There was no other Customers in there besides her kid. I would’ve probably spent a lot more money there had I had the opportunity to not feel forced out. Some young girl with her daughter there and she was on her phone the whole time making me feel like She was too busy for my business. I still spent $25 and lighters. However, I would like to look at other things. Do not want to give business to a place that can’t give me 10 minutes to look around. I will probably never return back
