So I have gone in here a few times and I didn't get the best service. Almost to the point I was just not going to go in here again. But I was in the area for work and stopped by a few days ago and Alanna helped me out. She was so nice and knowledgeable that I decided to go back in again today. I buy Kratom products and so I am in a smoke shop at least 4-5 times a week every week. Alanna made it so I feel comfortable coming into this location and actually want to go to this location just because she was super awesome and like I said knowledgeable as well. Thank you again Alanna for all your help and making me a lifelong customer!

Good selection of items for vape and/ or kratom. Only gave 4 stars because workers didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products as far as hydroxy and kratom. Other than that they were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to see what the store looks like after they complete remodeling.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE! My 13 year old son was caught having a vape and a bag of kratom capsules. As part of his punishment, I offered leniency if he agreed to show me what establishment sold him these products. He agreed and took me to Pro Source vape store Scottsdale Rd Tempe. He went in a few mins before me, and sure enough the cashier who later identified herself as Alanna sold my son a vape as well as tried offering him a "free sample of their house brand 7 oh pills as an alternative to kratom" later upon during my homework , I find out these are over the counter pills , the equivalent to being a hundred times stronger than morphine! 13..my son is 13! He agreed and walked out the door what's a vape in one of these synthetic narcotic pills! Unlucky for Alanna, I am a Maricopa county sheriff and have this ALL ON CAMERA! I can promise you this is going to get to the right hands and I will not stop until appropriate action is taken! Alanna, if you have children or when you do someday how would you feel about someone selling this to your child?!! Buyers BEWARE!

ate asphalt in the back of parking lot on thanksgiving morning on my ebike but still a good spot if u guys want footage of me eating it i suggest checking back cams on thanksgiving morning at like 5:45 am lol
