I am completely unhappy with the way that this establishment handled an issue that I had here recently. Not only do they up charge you for not spending $10 but they didn’t give me a favorable solution to a problem I had with their product. When I went to go buy a pack of true wraps upon opening them, it was completely empty. The guy behind the counter just started stumbling over his words. I didn’t even come in upset and I wasn’t even requesting anything free I just wanted to swap packs. Listen, I understand things happen, but if I paid for a product and I didn’t get it I feel like it’s only fair for some type of compensation. I just paid y’all $10 for a bag of air.

Absolutely love coming here makes me feel like home every time. Auntie P aka Petite makes me feel like family because of her energy and love she is always shining so bright full of smiles and love. I absolutely love her and coming here with my boyfriend and close friends to just enjoy the atmosphere and company. It's like Cheers Where everyone knows your name. Thank you for having such a great place to have us come together and just vibe.

I’m stoked to see High Maintenance on Mill Ave. Back when it was just off Mill. In an unassuming spot which I feel wasn’t necessarily the best for The H.M. Crew. But, now that script is flipped and behold! On Mill. Very cool. The shop atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. I don’t feel rushed on impeded upon to purchase anything. Not that I feel that way elsewhere in local shops. Just confirming I always have a positive, chill experience while at this location. I do appreciate the variety of products. A wide range can leave one with lots of time to decide what to purchase. Overall I will say even without purchasing it’s a beautiful shop to admire top of the line glass and unique one of a kind heady ware by acclaimed glassblowers worldwide. Again. Very cool. Check this spot out for sure if you’re from The Phoenix Metro area. Even if you’re just visiting this is a solid spot to drop by. Cheers!

They make sure to take care of their customers, and are very friendly while still maintaining a secure and safe environment! Will always stop by this place anytime I visit Mill Ave - if not for a pack of cigarettes, then at least for a quick chocolate! 🫶

Yes I made a purchase of a yo can Nestor electronic dabber and get home excited to try it out and unfortunately it did not work and I had to buy a 5 pack of qtz coils which on the package said 7.99 but the employee charged me 35.00 and said no there 7.99 a piece so . Boo who ... I basically got burned for a 100 bucks cause there policy states all sales final no refunds .. my opinion is they have a good glass collection . But poor customer service. .. don't shop there this is not ai generated lol...
