I encourage this employer to assist the long-haired male employee. He’s openly discussed severe withdrawals from some of your products and in June, he was describing how the withdrawals have negatively affected his life. I gave him my phone number in case he needed assistance with addiction services or just needed someone to talk to. Unfortunately his irresponsible behavior is what brought me to write this review. On August 1, I purchased a Kava drink and a White Rabbit drink. He pushed one of the single 7 Stax tablets on me, I declined, he pushed further and assured me that it only contained MIT. Trusting him, I purchased one. The following evening, I attempted to purchase one more of the single-packs, at which point he informed me that it would be taken off the shelf in a few days due to a legal liability and he was unable to tell me what ingredients were in the product. His explanation changed multiple times, and he showed zero remorse for originally claiming to know the ingredients to now being unsure after I made it clear that I was intentionally avoiding certain products. Keep in mind, I did not originally ask for it, he pushed the product onto me, twice, and I trusted him. That is my responsibility and my mistake. Evidently, this 7 Stax brand is involved in controversy for lacking transparency. In the research below, it is stated that several of their products include MGM-15. “MGM-15 is a semi-synthetic opioid derived from compounds related to kratom alkaloids, particularly 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH). Researchers and toxicologists have identified it as a modified opioid compound with significantly stronger opioid receptor activity than natural kratom compounds.” (Wildwood Recovery) In a separate interaction, an employee argued that none of their products contained 7-OH despite handing me a product that listed 7-OH in the ingredients. Came here like 10-15 minutes before closing time to get a pre roll and they didn’t have any but the young lady helping me recommended another product that’s similar and got me right out. Very good customer service. I will definitely shop here when I need something quick , walking distance from the house. Thank you.
