I went here for the first time and will never go back again. I went to get a vape and I chose what I thought was what I was asked for. Before I left the shop parking lot I opened the package and noticed it was just a pod that needed a whole unit to power the pod. I went back inside to let her know that it was just the pod and if I could get a refund she said no and that I wasn't being clear in what I chose. Being the fact I picked the wrong vape unit. She didn't even offer a store credit towards the battery unit I needed to connect to the pod. Poor customer service to ensure I had the whole unit. Due to the fact I asked for a vape and not just the pod. I recall as well I did not get a receipt as she bypassed the prompt to do so. I could have provided a good review but due to this experience I will not. Missed opportunity to get the unit from this location I will purchase the unit elsewhere and also a missed opportunity for a returning customer. Whoever manages this store please train your employees to ask specific questions without assumption especially if there is a new customer. There is a level of care that was not exhibited on this first impression of the store. I hope you're store will improve as this will assist with not just a customer but to build clientele which will refer additional customers.

This looks so good... Anyway, it IS good. The lady who served my order was Jazz and she was very polite and helped me get a good alternative to cigarettes in Black (clove ciggs). Nice spot. Def recommend 👌.

Come for the free capri sun.. stay for Dina behind the counter. Poppy’s Smoke & Vape in Tempe is 🔥🔥. Easily one of the best shops around. Dina is super friendly, knew her stuff, and hooked it up with a bulk deal on vapes. Will definitely be back

Just went by Poppy's and I LOVE this smoke shop. They have whatever you need, and great selection of vapes, and they open early. And the girl working was so cool. Definitely recommend and I think I found my new smoke shop!!!

The cashier was very nice and informative.Excellent service and well stock. Awesome
