Went looking for new glass today. No one was in the building for like 5 min so I just started looking at the shelves while I waited. Upon looking, the prices for glass is INSANE. $139.99 for a hand size piece. It was 2 colors so like I guess it would be more expensive but JEEEZ! After looking I was going to ask why they’re priced so high to see if it’s worth the investment. Cashier came out walked right by me didn’t say anything and stood at the counter. Another person came in and he started helping them first? They seemed to just buy a $20 vape and ignored my what could’ve been $140 bong sale LOL I walked out and went to the smoke shop down the street were I found a very similar bong for 50$ including the bowl piece. I use to buy my vapes here all the time now I’m never coming back (pic one is the bong price) (pic 2 is my hand for size comparison)

Came here a handful of times and never got ID’d. Walked in today to get $30 worth of zyns and an old dude behind the register wouldn’t let me purchase anything. I showed him a purchase i previously made at the same smoke shop using Apple Pay and he still insisted on an ID. It was never this deep and I never got questioned beforehand the multiple times I did have my id.

This man is prejudiced , blatantly told me he does not care about any customers , knowing the area is flooded with questionable people to say the least, will not service unless we leave our expensive electric scooter outside unwatched. Told me he is the manager , but wouldn't give me a name, wouldn't give me a customer service or complaint source. It is sad how they continue to treat black and brown customers whom are the majority who shops here. I would suggest spending your hard earned money somewhere else. There are plenty of other shops around. Will NEVER SPEND A DIME there going forward. They are expensive to add to it. Other employees are a joy. But if this guy is the manager, that speaks volumes.
