Very good but i've been there tree times and they don't have the cigar i usted to buy

Went in there for the first time to grab a birthday gift for a friend. I walk in after opening time, door is unlocked and no body there. Wait 5 or so minutes outside, another guy walks in, I wait a minute and walk in again. Lights are still not on but this guy does work there so I ask "is this ok?". I im told, "yeah I don't need to sleep". I guess I interrupted his morning routine. Mind you, this is now 15 minutes after the Open time on the door. So I said, "well the door said 9" to which he replied, "you must have to catch a train." and so I walked out. This dudes not meant for retail I guess, the city is hiring for asphalt patching I hear. I think the store name should change to Dick's and the door should say "OPEN : Maybe..." Buy literally anywhere else if you can!

Their staff knows their stuff. Super friendly and helpful. I’m surprised this place isn’t always packed. Older gents always hanging out watching football and smoking cigars. Never stayed more than 5 mins but the atmosphere seems super laid back and relaxing. You’ll smell like cigar smoke upon leaving, but it’s a cigar business what do you expect lol. Highly recommend to get any cigar or just hangout and have a good time.

Not very friendly. Felt like I was a bother. I still made a purchase but wasn't told how much the item I was buying was going to cost. As for a recommendation on some cigars. The clerk asked how much we wanted to pay, picked out 2 cigars but didn't tell us anything about them. Paid the bill and left. Hopefully the other locations have friendlier staff. Disappointed.
