Sold us something broken and then wouldn’t let us return it. Had to just throw away the lid to a TRAVEL pipe. Unfortunate.

Great customer service, and plenty of stock of all product.

First time in and it will be the last. The man in there offered no assistance and was just chatting away on his phone. I decided on 2 different pieces (one was $25 and the other $17) and when the man rang up my items he overcharged me $10 for one of them, he didnt give a receipt and did not offer any wrap for my items. This is by far the worst experience i have had in any smoke shop here in Tucson and will not be returning.

Pretty good smoke shop nice and cleaned pretty big size store for a smoke shop and now they actually offer 24 hours a day 7 days a week service. In case you broke your pipe or smoked all your smokes lol u can remedy those problems any time even if 3:45 AM . Staff if cool as hell pretty much a laid back atmosphere and you can find how many other items other than cigarettes and crack pipes like meth bongs to fake urine pepper pray brass knuckes stash spots ECT...

Way to expensive staff no nothing about there products
