I have purchased incense from this store many times, but after my experience today, August 21, 2026, I will not be returning. I came in for a normal purchase and was helped by the older gentleman who was wearing a baseball cap and has longer hair. He is also routinely visibly armed with a holstered handgun, which is relevant context given how unnecessarily hostile this interaction became. While bagging my incense, I had a simple question about packaging it. When I asked, he suddenly became hostile and demanded that I speak up. I immediately apologized and repeated myself more clearly so he could understand me. I was not argumentative, disrespectful, or confrontational at any point. When I went to check out, there was also an issue with their point-of-sale system that prevented my Apple Pay card from processing, despite the card having $80 available. I simply used another card, and the transaction went through without an issue. What bothered me was not the payment problem. Technology fails sometimes. It was the attitude and hostility throughout what should have been a completely ordinary customer interaction. I remained calm, respectful, and treated the situation like any other normal transaction. I came in to purchase incense, something I personally use for meditation and spiritual reflection, and somehow walked away feeling as though I had done something wrong simply by asking a question. For a returning customer who has spent money here repeatedly, that level of unnecessary hostility was extremely disrespectful and offensive. Especially when an employee is visibly armed, there is a responsibility to understand how aggressive behavior can make an otherwise routine interaction feel needlessly uncomfortable. There was absolutely no reason for this encounter to go the way it did. Businesses sometimes forget that customers have choices. I chose to support this store repeatedly because they carried something I regularly use and enjoy. After today, they have permanently lost my business. I will never shop here again.

Seemed like a fairly quiet location. My personal interest these days is cigars, and for a small shop, they had a pretty decent selection. They have a handful of brands I know, and a handful that I don't. They also have vape stuff and some glass. I didn't really shop those areas, but they were stocked. The guy working was friendly, and the prices on cigars weren't bad. It came up in a search for cigar lounge, which it isn't, but it's good to explore the options in the area. I'm sure I'll be back to the store.
The guy that runs this place is honest and fair. My son left his cell phone in there, and he kept it safe for us for literally hours. There's not many people left like that!!!!! He also has great products!!
Brian is the owner for 13 years and have been giving great customer service and prices! Honestly made my day of how great he took care of me.
Denied me a sale because I mentioned I was buying for someone else (my girlfriend), it's your right to deny services as you see fit, however what I was doing was not against the law. You wasted my time, so enjoy your bad review. Edit: Tell me you got in trouble for selling to minors without telling me you sold to minors. You can buy product for other people of age. If I was trying to give it to someone outside that's where you get into straw sales. Good try, you're still bad.
