This is the third time that I've come here and even though the signs say open and it's advertised as open, nobody ever answers. Not the front door, nor the drive thru. Don't bother wasting your time.

How can this be Best smoke shop around and 24/7 the owner is genuinely an amazing individual and his selection along with his prices and quality are unbeatable. I highly recommend this place. He treats his customers with respect and fosters a community around the regulars giving them fantastic advice, as well as searching for the best new products. He's got a great attitude to help you get what you want - and I'm happy to call him my friend.

The guy and his friends are too busy getting trashed to run this place. He used to be open at the night and never day. But now no matter if there’s a car or not with every sign saying it’s open you will have no luck. Great prices. No one there.

How is this business even open? Its classified as a 24/7 smoke shop. However, anytime I come here, there is no employee at the front counter. Shop owner id just like to recommend that you stop being cheap and hire some real people who are ready to work instead of these lazy people with no work ethic that you currently have.

Tried going to this place 3 times and everytime I go, NOBODY is there. Open 24hrs? That's bullshit. More like open whenever they feel like it and they never answer the phone. Honestly, is there even an employee or is it just a front? Wasted my time walking there 3 times for nobody to be there. And it's the only shop within walking distance. What a joke. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Hire better employees please. I've lived on 29th and alvernon for 3 years now, only ever tried going when my other shop was closed and this place hasn't had anybody in it all 3 times I've gone. And it's sad because this shop came recommended to me from a very close friend after my favorite closed down. Beyond disappointed.
