My wife and I have been making our cigarettes for the last four years, and I’m regular customer in this shop. Everyone in there knows me, and I would like to say that all of the employees are friendly, helpful, and always so kind. It’s nice to have a shop that is always so helpful in this day and age. I hope I don’t have to leave this area because I don’t want to have to go anywhere else. Their prices are reasonable, and the product is always fresh. I actually prefer it to store bought cigarettes. So if you’re looking for a smoke shop, I highly recommend this place.

Normally, I would say this place is phenomenal. Great service good pricing normally no issues but after going in tonight and only talking to one staff, I think I’m finding a new smoke shop walking to look at bongs because mine got broken months ago. My boyfriend‘s got broken today so going to choose a bong for both of us, but he’s at work so video chatting Staff walks up, doesn’t even very well great you can’t take video in here!) I left and I’ll find a new smoke shop probably with decent pricing as well, but to go into a smoke shop and not want promotions of your products nowadays and age kind of ridiculous and the way the staff talk to me a customer don’t feel like he should be in customer service long-haired ponytail I actually liked going to the smoke shop because how nice the staff were so thank you long ponytail guy I no longer wanna go there you should find a different job. I don’t spend a lot when I visit 40+a month and was attempting to spend 80-100 again not a lot but I don’t just get my foggers here but wraps batteries stems and bongs spent somewhere else because your staff couldn’t ask for the person on my phones ID verify their age if that’s what it’s about verify people’s ages that way don’t cut them off in the middle of a conversation can’t film in here. That’s a bunch of BS if it was my business, I would want people to come in and verify that way, so I can further my business.

Endless reviews listing the same issue. Unfriendly and rude staff. Zero returns on abundant defective product lines. Beat avoided and not worth supporting.

I have been going here for years.Their super friendly customer service is great.Prices are great and I don't know how many times they've helped me out.When i've been a dollar or too short, this place is nothing but love

The staff is all too often downright rude to people. For many years, I used to love this store but over time the negativity here just keeps getting worse and worse. There are other less combative shops in town that don't have attitude. No plans to ever return. 😡
