I have always had a great experience until today. I walked in and told the gentleman that I needed a fogger with frozen blackberry refill and had pulled it out and confirmed. He said he didn't have it, and we chose another flavor. He rang me up, and I opened it, but it was not at all what I needed or asked for. It was a completely different brand. He was rude and tried to say it was my fault and that he couldn't refund the money. He grabbed a fogger which was less than what I paid and wasn't going to say anything, just let me go until I inquired about it. He wrote down my info, again being rude and saying I have a credit. When I told him I don't shop there, long story short, I am disappointed that customer service has gone so low.
