Patch at Moon Smoke Shop on Fourth Avenue is absolutely amazing. He is always so welcoming, consistently happy, and genuinely provides top-notch customer service every time I visit. He does an incredible job, is super helpful, and creates such a positive experience that you can tell he brings more business and value to the store. Patch truly deserves recognition for his fantastic customer service and should definitely be getting a raise. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction.

Three stars for being the lone Moon Smoke Shop in Tucson where the military discount has gone MIA. I suppose that's par for the course downtown in the heart of the Democratic People's Republic. When you're already paying three to four times the online price plus parking, that modest price break makes a world of difference.

Absolute POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! just had the worst customer service experience. When I walked in to buy a clove cigarette with a respectful upbeat attitude and the dude that helped me was completely disrespectful as i handed him 1.00 in change 20¢ of it in pennies as if me Spending My Money there was an irritation to him. He then told me 5¢ of it was back to me and i asked why still respectfully, and again projecting his poor and less than desirable attitude towards me as he mansplained, condescending. It pissed me off so I said forget it just keep the change and i walked out pissed. The head Guy ALWAYS treats Me With RESPECT he's amazing he's Awesome!! But the staff No they don't.⭐👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Arrogant Employee and No Customer Service 9-25-2024 First and absolute last time in this smoke shop, the dude working the closing shift with a handlebar mustache is a complete jerk. I came in for some papers and filters and when I asked how much the filters where he answered with an attitude saying “it should be on there”, then I asked if FA Cardholders get discounts and he brushed me off, ignored my question and proceeded to charge me full price. Which is fine but he could’ve ATLEAST said something in regards to my question. Definitely THE worst smoke shop experience ever.. will NOT be supporting this buisness, the only reason I even came into this shop is because Hippie Gypsy was closed already.
