I love this smoke shop. The employees are always so kind and nice and make me feel very welcomed every time I go. The young girl with glasses that mainly works in the mornings is always in such a happy and positive mood I usually come back in the mornings specifically so I can deal with her when making purchases there. The man that usually works the graveyard shifts is always very kind as well. I have not had one single bad experience going there and I live right behind the building so I go there very often. I highly recommend the smoke shop to anyone that needs to visit one

I dont know if theres a new worker or what but the emoloyee working tonight had mad attitude after trying to overprice a product by double the price. He lost business for nothing…. Ill just stick to my regular spot smh quote in quote said “if youre gonna argue ill just put everything back”

Store was closed during business hours for over 30 minutes as customers drove off on 1/5/26 at 200 pm and lied over the phone saying that they have a product and when I arrived it was not there

By far my favorite smile shop in Tucson. Although we miss Rob working there tremendously!!! He was awesome when it came to customer service and made you feel like the most important customer even if you were just buying a lighter LOL! I always leave here feeling like I got a great deal.

Average generic smoke shop. Most of the time associates are hiding in the back when I go in, but come out when they hear the door. They say they're open 24 hours, 7 days, but that's only if they're in the mood. Several times I've stopped by in the morning and the place is locked with some excuse written on a note tapped to the door. Same thing at the Ajo location.
