I come here because the customer service is fantastic. The products are about a dollar more than what I pay elsewhere, but the friendly staff, selection, and atmosphere far exceed the competitors.

The best shop on any scale. I travel constantly for work and anytime I have to go into a shop on the road, I instantly compare it to OPV and they lose every time. Their juices are phenomenal. Special shout out to the GOAT Kilt breeze. Great reward points, excellent customer service. They greet me by name and will never lose my business.

Every time I come here, the staff never ceases to seem in love with their job. Serving the customers well with good product and policy knowledge, I'm not sure if there is a better vape store in Tucson. The points system and military discount is just the icing on the cake. The location is beyond great at the cusp of two major intersections. The only downside is part of the upside. Make sure you're either South-bound, or East-bound or else there will be medians and U-turns to deal with. Justin was more than professiojnal and helpful during this whole process
