Amazing place! It is a pain in the ass with all that grant construction but it’s definitely worth it. The staff is friendly, they have great deals, and the owner is very friendly. Highly recommend

Mark is the best! I have one vape in particular that is my absolute favorite, but it isn't sold at a lot of other smoke shops in Tucson. We called The Smoke Factory and talked to Mark and he made sure the flavor I wanted was on the next shipment and called us when it was ready. He really is a stellar guy! This smoke shop has a ton of different flavors that I can't find anywhere else. Definitely recommend this place 😊 5 stars!!

Mark took the best care of us today. We were first time customers, recently moved over to this side of town and was worried about finding our new favorite smoke shop. After a little bit of research we found ourselves at this place and could not be happier. The shop is extremely clean and well organized- everything catches your eye but not in the overwhelming bright white lights type of way. The type of way that you wish they had a couch so you could vibe in there with them. That’s on the customer service too- Mark was amazing. He was kind, patient, extremely informative. Needless to say, we found our new favorite smoke shop. No remorse over the one we can no longer visit due to our move. First time customer, will be back for everything.

This place is dope, I really appreciated the guy that was working there! It was super chill and I didn’t feel obligated to buy anything, and I ended up purchasing a spray paint can torch that I’ve wanted but couldn’t find for years! Thank you!:)
