Kyle was great! I love that the grant location has the juice out to see ( I had a bad experience when a new box had an over steeped juice one time)

Kyle is one of the most helpful , kind , and genuine people I have ran into. Knows his store products and eager to help anyone in need. We had a great talk and he helped me with a personal problem as well as get what I needed.

I’ve been a loyal fan of RSV since 2018 when they helped me quit smoking. Every location is AWESOME, but this one is my absolute favorite. The guys are so knowledgeable about their industry and I laugh at least once every time I go in! Customer for life!

I feel like I should give this two wonderful gentlemen a five stars for their great customer service. I always feel at home when I m in shop , shopping for my vapor juice. What can I say Mr. Matt you da man, I go there every week for knew coils and the drive thru is convenient and Matts knowledge and service is always amazing. Thank you Matt for always being great!!!!
