Staff is amazing. Lost my battery, came in to get a new one and was recommended the eleaf mini istick by one of the staff who had one himself. The next day after purchasing one, it completely died. Wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge, nothing. Came back in (without a receipt like an idiot) and after confirming the issues with it, they exchanged it on the spot. 10/10

I can't say enough great things about this shop. I've been going to this smoke shop now for a little over 6 years and they never disappoint. The owner's are fantastic and there all so well versed in all the products. Everything I've ever bought here is priced great and lasts for a long time like my smok vape and my hookah. If your looking for great service and awesome prices, This is the best Smoke shop I've found in Tucson.

Mike and Pita are the nicest smoke shop owners I’ve ever met. Every time I go there I’m given excellent service and my questions are always answered. They have a large variety of the different vaping products that I typically purchase and their prices are cheaper when compared to local competitors. Can’t recommend this place enough!
