Best smoke shop in town! Amazing customer service , flexible with prices and it’s always open!

I came in today, December 13th at approximately 10 A.M. Today is one of the worst days of my life, I received tragic news. Darell was working, and I want him to know his kindness was appreciated. Kitty Kelly posted: "Super shady business. Why do they lock the door in between customers? Looks like they live there. Strange people and Strange activity." My Response: THEY MUST LOCK THE DOOR AT NIGHT. IT IS A 24/7 LOCATION. Ever been mugged at an overnight shift? I HAVE. Your post is unfounded and moronic.

I had purchased a Lost Mary less then a week ago. It suddenly stopped working so I called and a young guy answered the phone call normal. I had explained my situation to him and asked if there was something he could do for me. He decided to act like he couldn’t talk or hear me. which is very disrespectful. Once i proceeded to ask for the manager he completely was acting like he could not speak at all. Bingo Smoke is my go to but after the horrible customer service and disrespect I will not want to purchase from them anymore. Customer satisfaction should be #1 priority.

Another shop selling dry crappy wraps I asked for flat wraps got leaf wraps that were so dry you couldn't roll them never coming in here again

**update** from 5 to 2 stars The owner is rude and intentionally overcharged my husband because he didn't like being asked to honor an arrangement THAT HE SUGGESTED to us... he charged something like $1.00 extra on an item that supposedly he had already increased the cost of (differing from the price tag on the item two times within 2 minutes,) and when my husband inquired about the increase, he was basically told it's only a dollar and not a big deal,,, imagine how many "only just a dollar" this place has charged people. Obviously loyalty means just about as much as the frequency in which we visited this smoke shop. I only left it 2 stars instead of 1 because at the very least, it's clean. All of the new and to some degree understandable changing staff are rude and snobish.*** Would no longer recommend. My husband and I were happy to hear of a 24hr smoke shop opening right down the road from us.. we were impartial to the customer service, we knew what we wanted and would be in and out anyways. We were pleasantly surprised!! Jessica is A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and HILARIOUS! We would absolutely recommend this smoke shop to friends and family.
