walked in, dude was lounging behind the counter on his phone, completely ignoring that I walked in. No greeting, weird atmosphere. Walked right back out. On to the next smoke shop. Wayyy to many of them for people to have no customer service. Thanks

Was having a bad day, left my daily card AND my cigarettes at my house. I was working with something like $6 with most of it on a card and $1 in change. I've come to this shop a few times, nothing exceptional or note worthy.. until today! Hazel was so awesome! Although I was a shortchanged and definitely had a massive attitude upon entering, her kindness killed my grumpy and despite being a little short, I left with a pack of cigarettes and my whole day was turned around because of her. Thank you, Hazel!!

Awesome smoke shop with a huge selection of products to fill your needs. Some items are priced higher than other similar items at other shops but not so much as to deter me from coming here. They also have an awesome drink selection in their coolers with some selections you dont find anywhere else and the drinks are always ice cold. Couple all these things in with a great staff on duty to answer any questions you may have makes for a great experience anytime you visit.

Sold me a burnt vape Other shops sell for 20 for 25. Came back in after my third hit it burns. Instead of a refund he hits the vape says its fine and gives me another of the same vape... that burned coming out of the box. Horrible product distributor not the first time ive got a bad vape here. Horrible customer service dont come here

I always come in unsure of what flavor to get but the young woman with Cruella hair working always helps me chose a great flavor. The first time I came in she read easily 30 something flavors to me to try to help me find the right one, but now I just let her chose because I know she’ll chose a good one. I have yet to be disappointed! All of the other workers I’ve met so far are kind and helpful as well. Great prices, friendly workers, nice selection, couldn’t really ask for more.
