I have been a customer at Serenity For several years and I can firsthand tell you that this is the most caring group of women who go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of and that you feel welcome and you feel important. They know their products and they care about the products that they stock. I know the owner takes personal time to look at the products that she orders for her store and she is only going to stock the best. I found Serenity Vapes back in 2021 at their previous location and had no idea what I was doing. Amber & Em always greeted you with a smile, gave honest opinions on their favorite products, and made the entire process easy to understand. Their customer service has always been top tier. Absolutely love this shop! Tiffany has walked me through all my issues with my mods and tanks and coils. Helped me when my old mod finally bit the dust. The prices are fair and they go above and beyond when looking for new flavors they have never pointed me in the wrong direction! Can’t recommend this shop enough!
