I stopped by yesterday and purchased a VOOPOO VRIZZ POD kit and Beach Club juice to go inside. After smoking on it for less than 24hrs, the juice taste burned and is very harsh on my throat. I went back in today and explained my situation. I was told that there was nothing they could or would do. Mind you, it was less than 24hrs. Initially, I was excited about my purchase since they've banned disposable vapes. But, after this experience and me wasting $20 on some juice that's probably going in the trash, I don't think I'll be taking them anymore of my money. This will be my first and last time patronizing this place. In my opinion, that was horrible customer service and it's obvious that they aren't concerned about repeat business. I just hope it wasn't because I'm black.

I love the people at Abby Road, but I do not understand how they can send out coupons then refuse to honor them in the stores!!! It's called false advertising and, legally, it's a breach of contract!! Of course, it's only for $5 so who is going to hire a lawyer to fight that or turn them into the Federal Trade Comission? But, they should get their systems fixed ASAP and stop this rude and wrong practice of sending out coupons that are worthless!!! Oh, and to make it even worse, they say you can't speak with a manager. They won't give out the manager's name or number and even if you leave your information... nobody reaches back out to you. So, coupons get a big fat zero along with the process of speaking with their unobtainable managers!!!
