I love my girls that work here and it's always fast friendly service .I've never had an issue with anything there

I went to this store at 352 pm and there was a truck at the drive through and a person in front of me. She finished up with the window. And then waited on the person in front of me as she is cashing her out someone pulls up at the window. She then tells me I have to wait she has to go back and forth. Understandable if I hadn’t been standing there ten minutes already. However I said nothing. She cashed the person out handed them there items, them said how was your day and leaned out the window. I asked her nicely to help me. I was iqnored so I waited a bout a minute and asked her nicely again if I could get some service. This should not be exceptable. If she wants to catch up without friends she should do that on her own time. Your customer should not have to wait for that I was in your store for almost 20 minutes today. And all I needed was a pack of pods

Well it sure would be nice to be able to call to see if they got in what we have been waiting for. They don't have a good phone number to call. What place doesn't have a phone that you can call? If they aren't going to have in stock items and tell you to check before you drive all the way in how can you? This needs to be done to get a five star wouldn't you think? Miss Gigi
