Not certain if the employee's name, (she worked semi evening tonight), but she was courteous, understanding & very kind! Great company! The store has an overall good selection of products & helpful staff!

I go here often, and the people who own the store are so friendly and kind. The low reviews are self-explanatory, people expecting prices to be equal across stores or verbally abusing employees. I have never had a problem there, and I am always met warmly and thoroughly helped. It is a fantastic, family owned shop, and they have good products.

Ive given them a try on 3 occasions and each time I was treated like garbage. I usually see 2 middle aged/older white women in here. The first time one followed me around the store and asked to see my ID before I even got the chance to pick anything up. The second time I set a candle down, which they have on a GLASS display, and it made a thunk noise. I heard one of the women accuse me of dropping something and say "Go check on what shes doing..." to which I was again followed around the store until I left. Recently I asked if I could look at a glass piece and was asked "Do you plan on buying it?" Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Do not shop here.

My husband buys his cartons of cigarettes here. The prices are decent, and they usually have what he needs in stock. The sales clerks are nice and friendly.
