Sold me a very expensive device that broke within 24 hours of opening. For $500 and you can get a piece of trash. Do not buy from these crooks!!! Of course it’s not going to look like that in store??? It’s not being used there!!!!

I’d check prices before you go if you’ve been a loyal customer. It’s usually $91 something for a carton of Pall Malls. I went yesterday and it was $108.32. That much of a change in a week??? Find you a new place to be loyal too. This one turned into a rip off 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is the worst vape shop I have ever been to. If I could give it negative stars I would. I went in to get a new vape, 1st they were extremely over priced and then the sales guy was completely uneducated about anything to do with a vape. He didn’t speak English and I was trying to buy a battery and coil for the new vape and I asked which one I needed and he just kept smiling and saying your choice we have all. Eventually I had to get the manager that was equally uneducated and rude. I will never shop there again I spent over $120 and still could not use my vape due to wrong coils and mouthpiece. Horrible place dont go there!!!!

Normally service is great but the guy with the accent is a jerk who doesn’t know anything about his products. I go in for a 14mm banger and he points to the corner where NO SIZES ARE LABELED and he’s on the phone with a friend so when I ask which is 14 MM, he gives me an attitude and tells me he doesn’t know and to figure it out myself: what the hell ???? Is this the twilight zone? This is mine and my friends home store, but we’ll be taking my business to a place they know what they’re selling and value their customers. The literal bare minimum !!!!!!

Good deals, the girls there ordered my favorite cigars and I didn't have to ask. They surprised me with them. The girls working there are absolutely gorgeous too. They will always get my business. Thank you ladies for being awesome.
