Lauren was the best! She looked up the price of my items so I knew what I was spending before. Was super kind, patience and when I was leaving actually came out to make sure I had the correct coils. I will be shopping here for all my needs!!!

I went in today to get a gift for my girlfriend. I asked the female employee about the pipes. The second I mentioned it was for my girlfriend she said “I will not sell you anything if you are buying for another person, that person is not here so I can’t verify her age”. I previously bought a gift for my brother and the staff before was very helpful. For some reason today that lady was very rude and would not help me at all.

I went in there today after being frustrated with the quality of Vuse pods and being sold alternatives that are menthol. Walked in. Expressed my frustration and asked for a NON MENTHOL vape. She said their coffee vapes are never menthol and I told her the last guy told me the same thing. She again reassured me no menthol with the two she had recommended. Of course I asked her preference and she went with the more expensive vape. She told me to go ahead and try and it and I did. I let her know that it had a menthol kick to it. On the digital part it shows and an ice icon. She said “oh yeah, you can’t turn down the ice” sorry. I can’t do an exchange nor can you return it. Glad you got your sale but you could’ve made it right and had a life time customer but now you have an angry and disappointed customer. So thanks to the pregnant chick vaping at the counter for selling me exactly what I said I DID NOT WANT. if anyone knows where I can get a simple non menthol vape, holla because this isn’t the place to go for educated customer service or anywhere apparently in NWA.

I visited this location for the first time today and I will be a loyal customer due to the customer service I received. Morgan answered all of my questions, recommended different products to try if my favorite product is out of stock again, and she was so sweet! Both of the attendants working the counter were incredibly kind! Prices were also really affordable and I paid less at this location than I have at other shops in the area.

I have only been here once when I needed some 18650 batteries. The place looked good and clean. I have to give a 3 star review because I don't have enough experience to rate higher. I admit I grade hard on reviews, but I do my best to be the same way with every review.
