These guys are freaking awesome! Ive been going to them since I moved to fort smith and they've always been incredibly nice, friendly, and just overall an awesome place to go. Plus, its a premium smoke shop with premium stuff! Go check them out!!! Its worth it. Thank you guys for being so down to earth and giving me all the help I ever need!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always have a great experience at NYC Smoke Shop! Ace is hands down one of the best associates I’ve ever met—he’s knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. We connected over a graphics designed shirt I was wearing. That one connection has turned into me being a repeat customer and even a referral to the one who made my shirt(Hopefully some amazing merch is on the way) Today I also met V, and she was just as amazing. Both of them provided excellent customer service, made me feel welcome, and created a great atmosphere. It’s employees like Ace and V that keep me coming back. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great products and even better service! Ace is my friend now and as long as NYC keeps associates like him working there- they’ll be chains all over in no time. 10/10 definitely recommend! Let them take care of you for everything and I mean EVERYTHING! ❤️

The cigar room is the best room in the house. Beside great merch, great staff, and the bomb cigars. Idk why go anywhere else
