Felt like I was being rushed out of the store and I was the only customer in there. I guess they don't want to have to actually give change. That would be effort. Exact cash or card only. Even if your total was 21.99 and you gave them 22 dollars they will refuse it. Even if you tell them to just keep the penny. Also got told the total four times and when i went to give the exact amount some how the total had jumped a few more cents. It seems they want you to use that card so badly. Kind of seems sketchy. Like a skimmer.

I told the scrawny brunette the exact brand of coils I use just for her to give me the absolute wrong kind, have a snotty attitude, and tried rushing me out of the store. Literally the entire shop is covered in meme print outs so that immediately shows me their professionalism is literally 0 and she really ran the point home on me thinking it wasn't professional. Nothing like asking for Zeus coils and being handed supermesh x1's which are not what I asked for nor what goes for my vape. Why hire snotty tarts who don't know what they're doing?

I went on January 3rd and purchased the last two dual 510 cartridge batteries designed for two cartridges at one time where you can switch back and forth or choose both at the same time within 3 days both of the units I purchased were no longer working even though the battery said it was 100% charged every time you push the button to use it it would flash dead battery. Not the quality I would have expected for the price exclamation point and I am extremely dissatisfied!!

I've been a loyal customer at the Harrison, AR location for the past two years, usually spending around $100 each visit. Unfortunately, after today's experience, that relationship has ended. I requested 4 vapes under the 2-for-$40 promotion, but after paying, the newer employee handed me only 3. When I asked about the fourth, she insisted I had only asked for 3—something that makes no sense when the pricing is structured to favor buying 4. The situation quickly escalated when she refused to correct the mistake. I reluctantly asked for a manager, but I'm not convinced the person I spoke to was actually one. Regardless, both employees seemed completely unaware—or unwilling—to resolve the issue. They acted like the idea of reviewing the register or checking security footage was somehow out of the question. I’ve shopped there often, and the employee in question has helped me before. She knows I always purchase 4 vapes. Whether it was miscommunication or negligence, I simply expected the mistake to be acknowledged and corrected. Instead, I was shorted a vape and the discount, with no attempt at a solution. The entire exchange felt disorganized and unprofessional. I've since contacted their corporate office and hope they’ll take steps to address the situation. In the meantime, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—even if it means driving to Branson. Ohmies may have a more limited selection, but they’ve always treated me with respect and provided consistently reliable service.

The point reward system and prices on disposables are amazing. I've stopped going to Branson stores completely and the service has always been good for me. The sign on the front door about no one being single is the only negative. I understand those situations are uncomfortable but they happen every where and it's not the best curb appeal.
