I was vacationing from Dallas with no intention of looking for a cigar shop, but I cam across The Humidor and had to go in! I got to meet Mathew and small world, we are from the same part of the Dallas area. He recommended a cigar he thought I would like. And he was right! Thank you Mathew for the recommendation(Kristoff Maduro) is an excellent smoke, I wish I could have tried your blend.

This place has a great atmosphere. The cigar selection is better than most of the larger cigar lounges and the premium liquor selection is even better. The best part about this place is the employees. Matthew has been bartending here for about 3 weeks and is one of the best things about this place. He is exactly what every business owner wants representing their business.
We went there twice this trip because we wanted to end the trip with a good drink. Shamus (I hope I spelled it right) is a bartender that I consider an experienced mixologist. His drinks are always phenomenal and he is so friendly. The smoked old fashioned is my husband's favorite. My brother asked him to make something he would like and the drink was fabulous! Even if you don't like cigars but want a good drink stop by.
I came from out of state and visited Hot Springs. My friend and I both have a membership to a Cigar Lounge in Houston so we were interested in visiting The Humidor instead of upsetting hotel staff. The location is really cool, right across the street from great food. The cigar selection is a little limited, I'd say this is closer to a bar with a small humidor attached but they do have some good sticks. Their whiskey/bourbon selection is good, they've got some good choices to choose from. If you care to watch TV theres several to choose from. There's both indoor and outdoor seating with comfortable chairs and friendly staff. Overall, great place to visit.
This was my first time going here and I will never return. Me and my friends were there and our total was $30. My friend gave the bartender $40 (2 $20s) because he ONLY had $20s and the bartender never gave his change of $10. When I asked the bartender about it she was extremely rude and hostile. Her response was “he gave me a $20 and a $10”. I told her that he gave her 2 $20s and she again argued with me about it again. watched him give her the money and he only had $20s to begin with. So she essentially stole $10 from him and would not right her wrong. TERRIBLE customer service. Please don’t waste your time or money here. There are plenty of places that won’t steal from you and will actually give you a great experience. Do better… do better!
