I came in before the holidays to buy a battery and was sold the wrong battery. I didn’t realize until I arrived home that the battery I received is much bigger in diameter than the one for my Geek Vape B100 that I had requested. I had to work long hours through the holidays so I was unable to return the battery in a timely manner. I go in the store today with the brand new battery still in the box and with my receipt and was told I couldn’t swap out the battery because of the 24hr return policy. I didn’t notice any return policy on the receipt. It was just a bunch of health and safety warnings with liability clauses. I completely understand that people like to scam, but I thought I had built up a relationship with this store. They could have looked at my account and noticed that I shop there all the time and this would be my first ever return since this store opened their doors. They proved to me that the relationship means nothing, so I will move on in hopes of finding a different store that is willing to help their loyal customers.

They do not honor their return policy.. or refund policy. I bought two Vapes for me and my wife and they do not work. They told me I had a 14-day return policy or money back guarantee policy. And they lied. I will no longer be using Vape 100 for any Vape products due to the fact of their dishonesty and poor quality of employees. Would not recommend them to anybody or family. They are only out to get your money

Great prices compared to all the other vape stores in town. The majority of the staff is wonderful. I recently had an issue with something I bought that another employee "oversighted" & Suzy went out of her way to make it right. I've been a regular customer for almost a year & highly recommend them to everyone I know.
