The man working was pretty quiet but once I asked him to look at an item he became very helpful. After looking at a few items he was very helpful and was able to suggest the item that I actually purchased. I gifted it to my husband and he absolutely loved it. They have a good variety of smoking accessories and knowledge of them.

I went in, and had to explain what 0.3% nicotine is to the guy working in there. he had no idea what I was talking about as if he wasn't even listening to anything that I was saying. maybe you should make sure you give your employees a little more basic knowledge of what products your selling.
