Not one employee has good customer service everybody smokes weed in front of the building and then you have to wait for them to finish spraying themselves off just before you can check out … And do you have to stay in there and pray you were not hearing the whole town’s drama Get it together most people only come here for the convenience. It is no longer convenient.

Not a good experience. Got a 3 torch lighter for my cigars used it twice in one day now it doesn't work. Guess what they won't exchange for a new one. The excuse maybe it's low. Nope I just bought the damn thing. Don't waste your time here they don't appreciate customers. I know I won't be back.

They are my favorite tobacco shop, their prices are affordable, they are extremely friendly people. And best yet, they aint affraid of dogs so my doggos can accompany me into the shop so I dont have to waste gas running the a.c. for them as I run in.

This is a smaller tobacco store, they have pretty good prices and the selection is good. The staff is friendly, I go in this store about two times a week. So it worth me stopping for my needs at the moment.

I have smoked for 31 years and a friend of mine suggested trying a vape pipe to help me quit. I went to the store I have bought my cigs at for years and per there advise bought a vapeusa product. It worked great until i droped it on my carpet floor at my home, the top feel off and was basicly junk at that point "57.00 dollars later". I go to the Tobacco outlet olny to be told after 24 hours I have to go to Vapeusa website were you then find overseas #s that will cost who knows how much to contact let alone mail your product to to have fixed. I later figure out that the battery in the box says Venus vapor and the box says Vaporusa. I bring this to the attition to the owner of the store and im still turned away with no fare results. There are some very nice people that work there but buyer beware they do not know what they are talking about or what there selling when it comes to the Vapor kits! This is the 1st time I have ever taken the time to write a negitive review about a place but this deal just did not go well and my friends and family will never return.
