I'm not sure why there's a website. I placed an order for pickup on their site, with their name, and their address, when I got there and said I had an online order the guy looked at me confused like he'd never heard of that before. I explained it was on their website with their address but since "pay at pickup" was the only option it was all good. I told him what the 3 items were and they didn't have any of them in stock. Website needs to be fixed or taken down, tad bit misleading.

I was an everyday customer spending sometimes $60 every other day and bought a pipe that the bowl broke off of begore I ever made it home, didn’t drop it or anything. I took it back and was told to glue it and was given a $7 small pipe. Very disappointed won’t be back

Moe is amazing! His customer service is immaculate!! He puts a smile on my face everytime I see him! Like today for instance, I was having a horrible day and I looked at my daughter and said I know what I need!! "I need to go see my friend (future husband)" I don't go anywhere else for my drinks or cigarettes! The other employees are also nice!
