My favorite place! Kimberly is amazing always very helpful and they all know so much about what they are selling! All staff is very knowledgeable but Kimberly is the best always in a good mood and makes me laugh so much when I go in! Definitely the best vape shop in Jonesboro! Everyone is always very helpful!

WOULD DO ONE STAR REVIEW BUT THEY CAN GET THOSE TAKEN DOWN EASIER. ****DO NOT BUY VAPE JUICE FROM THIS COMPANY, ANY OF THE LOCATIONS****. I originally swore by this place, and then they sold me synthetic nicotine instead of NicSalts without informing me. And I was just like whatever, that’s my mistake whatever. Ate the loss and then I came back this time to buy my vape juice and it’s multiple months EXPIRED. WENT IN TO ASK ABOUT AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND, the dude that’s never any help said “We can’t do anything about it”. Next thing I’m doing after this review is reporting to the FDA & ATF because there’s no way it’s legal to sell expired vape juice and just tell you to suck it up.

Started going to the new one in front of Walmart when it opened recently. Even switched from my vape store. All was well until right before Christmas I bought my wife a vape and me a replacement coil for my seahorse, The vapor I bought for the wife never worked except for once in the store when I was telling her it won't work.. and had to return the replacement coil because the threads were jacked! Lady insisted I cross threaded it..however I'm a machinist, &mechanic..js I know for a fact I didn't cross thread oh well I'll go back to my original vape place and I wish them well🤞 they should offer 20% discount like emerald triangle jazz Updated post going ahead and shoot this lady five stars she wasn't there when I was complaining last however Miss Jennifer is the lady to see thank you for my new piece I am looking forward to using it in a medical situation which is any emergency I have LOL 😂
