It's good to have this place that includes everything you want from tobacco and cigars even some varieties to eat and drink treat them very nicely and they have discounts most of the time

This is completely unacceptable..Prices change depending on who’s there. Earlier today I made a purchase of 3 items that was $14 dollars. Went back when the new guy was there for the same items to be charged $20 dollars. Also depending on who is work they’ll charge extra for small dollar purchases if you use a card. I’ve already reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), also Arkansas state's Attorney General's Office, and my banks. I’ve provided details with the store name, location, and dates of transactions to the relevant authorities.

Hi I come in this store often and I love it they always have everything I need I am 22 and I have never experienced this little rude lady she always have an attitude with ME ! I am nice always showing my teeth and she rolls her eyes and doesn’t help or know anything I every ask about if u guys don’t remove her she will bring your business down and im not the only one ! U heard it here first . She has to go

The shop itself & the woman working there when I went was great. But my friend & I bought some things from here on the 18th & the charge for it only came out of my account YESTERDAY. It was a $38 charge & quite unexpected. They should fix that or tell people bc it can cause someone's account to be overdrawn if they think the money was taken from their account already. Please be aware of this if you use a debit card here.

Excellent customer service they always got what I need. This amazing tobacco store offers variety of things! All the Smokey’s superstore locations are wonderful they never disappoint 10/10 experience best in the city 💯
