I’m still pretty new to Malvern, been to a couple of tobacco stores and Tobacco Town is the best! Most of the staff are very friendly and always have what i need., love the new store especially the drive thru with a decent entrance/exit that’s not full of pot holes you have to dodge like their previous place. Shout out to great customer service ❤️

Awesome customer service! They have winning scratch off tickets. Employees are patient when giving you time to choose your tickets! The prices of their tobacco products was budget friendly! The employee named Angel always greets me with her smile and her helpful customer service attitude! I give her give 5+ stars and Tobacco Town business!

Save yourself some time and trouble. I walked in today and there were two girls “working” in there. One was hiding in the back the other completely ignored me even when I was talking to directly to her. She eventually disappeared into the back room and the other girl came out. She was dressed in pajamas, shower cap, and blanket. Walked right past me like I was invisible. Did something behind the counter and then disappeared into the back room again. I kept saying “excuse me me” and “hello” and got absolutely no response. Don’t even bother with this place. Go to Mo’s or the store over on East Page Street. At least they acknowledge you and appreciate your business. This place isn’t even worth the one star I have to give them. I have been here a few times in the past and they don’t know anything about their products, if they do help you they rush you like they just want you out of there and they don’t really have a good selection. Why in the world this place is still in business is beyond me.

Friendly service, good prices comparable other tobacco stores. Can be lines sometimes, but they're usually pretty quick. Has drive thru window which is handy
