The salesman and rep Dylan is awesome and great, great customer service, professionalism, he is the type to make sure you are comfortable with getting what you want, he is going to explain to you, what’s the best to get on what you are looking for. He is my go to guy, when I’m inside the store, making sure I’m getting exactly what I’m looking for, he is going to make sure you are satisfied with your product before leaving, if they had 10 more of Dylan’s. Abby Road would be booming. Thank you for your loyal customer service and respect. Thanks Dylan. 5 ⭐️ for Dylan!!!!

I met up with Dylan today, him and his team of Stacie and Presley absolutely rocked, I have nothing but good things to say about these wonderful people. Dylan started talking to me and went above and beyond, he offered me a 10% discount on vape juice, knew exactly what glass tubing I needed for my Aegis Legend 3, and talked to me about life as a whole. He is incredibly empathetic and a wonderful soul to be around. He got me a juice brand that was within price range, strength and color, and I want this company to KNOW that he's earned a Loyal customer from here on out. I couldn't have been happier with my experience up there at Abby Road today.

I've tried all the vape shops in maumelle since I've moved back. My experience with them have been horrible, except the last place I tried which was further from my house and that is Abby Road. Abby Road surprised me with their selection ( other than the other places around ) and actually had the brand juice I love at a great cost. Customer service was top notch and treated you like family, not someone just spending money. Dylan was so helpful and I felt like I made not just a new friend, but a place I know I can come back to and rely on great customer sevice. Thank you!

This place is absolutely the best around. Great selection, great vibes, and absolutely exceptional staff. Dylan was amazing and helped us out and answered every question we had. An amazing 10/10 in every ballpark!

The BEST and most fun experience I've had during any shopping trip! I've shopped here a couple of times as a traveling nurse, but OMG what a great experience this time! IDK if he told me his real name but said it's Zack bcuz I had to know! Less than a sec after walking in this guy with a bright blue shirt greeted me and asked if I was having a radical day! I haven't heard anyone say that other than in california! I told him yes and he was lit up and excited! he showed me how to use this new cool nicotine device and I 💗 it. This guy was so kind, had the biggest smile, and so much gusto! so dreamy! I think I may be in love! 😂💕 and I hope the people that work there don't read these! 🫣
