Best vape store in area.super friendly staff and very professional and knowledgeable. Not trying to upsell the customer. Trying to get the customer the best fit for what they want. Lots of choices, lots of juice flavors. Highly recommend this establishment..very chill atmosphere

Professional, experienced staff. They don't make commission, so I wasn't bombarded in the door. It was very much a "pick something you like, and I'll teach you everything there is to know about it." No pressure. It was a lot of fun learning about the different brands and types of mods from Alan. He's a great educator and he made me a very happy girl with the work of art I purchased. My e-juice has never tasted so good! Thank you guys! Don't stop being awesome.

Came in looking for coils. Dillon and Jamie asked the right questions about how to get more life out of my coils with the juice I like. That’s what I appreciate over other shops. Anybody can sell me something, but these two showed me how to use it better. Thanks!

The only place i go for my vaping supplies I'm there once a week and it's not close to where i live but it's worth the 20 min drive past the other "vape stores" amazing service and great prices

The staff are always patient and professional, very knowledgeable, and in the rare instance that something happens outside their control (recently had a new Voopoo VRIZZ 15ml pod leak - totally a manufacturing issue, and when Voopoo refused to help, these awesome folks did!) they will absolutely do everything they can to provide a solution. Never have I had such awesome customer service. It's obvious to me that they truly care about their customers and our experience. I frequently stop by now for the Salty Sunday sale, and it's always an enjoyable experience. Fact is, with all the issues going on with disposables, there are a lot of folks needing to get into new systems, whether mod or pod, and some of us (Me. Definitely me) need guidance or recommendations as to which direction to go. That leads me to the crux of this review. This is, hands down, the best vape shop in NWA. Period. Full stop. Do yourself a favor and stop by. They've got a huge selection and are just all around awesome people.
