Vape Vault is hands down the best vape shop around! The staff is absolutely fantastic — super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They take the time to answer questions and make great recommendations without ever feeling pushy. The manager is especially knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for customers. She even makes an effort to bring in new inventory based on customer requests, which really shows how much they care about the community and keeping everyone happy. They’re also incredibly accommodating. Disability restrictions are not a concern at all — the manager is more than willing to take your payment and bring your items out to you, making the entire process easy and stress-free. On top of that, their prices are amazing! You really can’t beat the value for the quality and selection they offer. Whether you’re new or experienced, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend Vape Vault!

I love this location! Tiffany is amazing and knows her stuff when it comes to vape products. She goes above and beyond for her customers with the new laws that have come into effect. I went in right before Christmas and she was on the phone with Tobacco Control directly about products to make sure she was not going to have something a customer could get in trouble for even owning. She has always been willing to order a product I wanted. The prices are the best around and save me driving 45mins to an hour to just to get what I want! I’ve never been in a vape shop where your treated more like family than just a customer!

I was at the store at 11:55 am to buy cigarettes and a vape. There was no one at the business and when I called the phone number listed for the business, no one answered. To come here was a total waste of time and cost me money. This place sucks!

Never anyone around when I stop thru. Operating hours don't mean shit to them apparently. Won't be trying again.
