Great place. At least the girls here weren’t rude to my son. Like that girl at Wally’s. Ty for your kindness. Great service. Thank you so much.

Wanna talk about friendly service and a great atmosphere with all the positivity. If your a smoker, someone that chews, or even smoke cigars, this is the place to go. The management is great, if you are looking for something they will help you gladly, and if they don't have what your looking for, they'll do there best to get for you. 5 stars hands down.

Drama filled workers you feel judged as soon as you walk in this place. They remodeled that was a plus but the tobacco products tasted stale and the employees attitudes are as if you’re in a govt office or a morgue. Unsure which one first do not recommend. And the area manager - joke. Don’t even rely on that individual to listen to their paying customers and complaints

Friendly service and great prices

I love the employees at this store. This is NOT a review on them they’re great and need raises. However the store policies they get told to enforce and the way they do it is why I’m writing a bad review. I do not care to give my ID to buy cigarettes because I look young or whatever except that when I am in there every single day with my phone number in their records and my face on their cameras and every employee in there has seen my ID enough to memorize it, I feel like that’s a bit much. The Missouri state law is to card someone who looks under 27, I am almost 50. I look almost 50. You saw me YESTERDAY and the day before that etc. why do I have to present my ID at every purchase??? I’m not getting any younger. Still same age I was the last time you carded me, and it’s a different excuse each time. I’m over it. I refuse to be treated like a thief because I know that shoplifting is the reason they were told to ID everyone. Smoke Friendly is a hot mess of a company that treat their employees terribly and their customers worse. They can go step on a Lego I won’t be back.
