Last night I went in for a few things. I was instantly and warmly greeted. I was taken care of by an employee named Carson. I knew exactly what I needed and he happily helped me with that, they had everything. I felt welcomed enough to look around and ask a few questions. He explained a bunch of stuff I was unfamiliar with and I ended up making a pretty big purchase due to his help. I'll be going back when I need something for sure.

Great customer service the employee at the counter had amazing service, very kind and recommended exactly what I wanted.

Went to this shop did not like how they do business. I went in looking for a metal tip for my piece I have. I told the lady specifically she gave me the price and then handed me a plastic tip. I told her that is not what I asked for , then she preceded to tell me there is no refund. I will not be back . Fair warning if you purchase something make sure it's what you asked for before you pay for it

I just called to see if they had a product. They said I don't think so. I said did u look,? They said I'll do that now. They said I dint know what yiyr talking about I said Google it abd yiu can see whst I'm talking about. She said no u can google it. Why would I google it if I know what I'm talking about. She said I didn't even have to answer the phone but I did. I have never been treated so rudely in my life I will tell everyone I know to not go there u will be treated extremely bad abd they one lift a finger to help u. Terrible customer service extremely rude does not want to do job!! Monday at 6:05 pm just got off phone with her.
