I've been buying products from this store for the past 8 years and I am totally in love with ALL the staff and managers! These guys know everything about vaping and have always had a steady and consistent supply of whatever I may want or need. Brenden, the onsite manager, is the kindest and warmest young man I've ever met, and if you ask Sergio anything, he'll have the all the info that you could ever want to know and then some! With all the new regulations that are limiting access to flavors, E-Cig Vault works within the laws to keep the access flowing by offering tons of flavors on their intuitive website. It's a Win-Win all around!

The products that they have are awesome Nothing like back home. It was my first time visiting the shop. I just moved out here from Arizona and the gentleman behind the counter. I don’t know what his name was like big white earrings and a hat. He wasn’t very helpful he kept laughing when I ask a question kind of creeped me out but I got a sweet peach flavor vape it taste amazing. Definitely be back but hope for a different employee to help me.

This place has a great selection and the staff is always helpful. A part of my device broke and Jason was able to fix it for me. Always a lovely experience!
