Went during posted business hours and the place was locked up no one there. Unprofessional in my opinion. Doesn't matter if your a small business and don't have corporate rules, u should still operate like u do. Meaning if your publicly posted business hours are from 10am to 11pm then u should make sure that your doors are open for customers during these hours.
